These nine daily manifestation habits will transform your life when they are applied. These tips will be easy things that require little to no extra time on your part. The goal is to make it as simple as possible and not make manifesting a burden.
Once I began to incorporate these habits into my everyday manifestation routine, the subtle and grand changes in my life began to unfold in beautifully harmonious ways. Even better, I hardly felt like I was doing anything but living my life as normal.
This post is all about effortless ways you can make manifesting a part of your daily life.
Easy Daily Manifestation Habits To Begin Today
All of these habits are great to do every day, but you don’t need to do them all. As with everything, pick which ones light you up and resonate the most. If you want to see the most change in your 3D reality try to implement them all into your daily happenings over days, weeks, or even months.
1. Breath in abundance
The average adult breathes around 20,000 breaths per day. That means that you have thousands of opportunities every day to infuse positive intention into your breathing.
Infuse the first breath of air you take in the morning with a positive feeling of abundance. Intend that every breath going forward will call in your desired reality.
You can elevate this practice by remembering this intention several times a day. An easy way to do this is to make your existing activities into triggers for this abundance of breathing.
As you breathe in abundance, remember that abundance is more than money. The very air you are breathing is in abundance. Lean into that and you will find more things that are abundant in your life. As a result, money will become one of those things.
2. Begin your day with an intention
Starting your day with an intention related to your manifestation is a great daily practice. This will set the tone for your entire day and tell the universe you are ready for your desire.
An easy way to be super clear on your intention is to write it in your journal in the morning. If you have time, a quick paragraph describing your intention will give you clarity and momentum in that direction.
Days that you start with an intention will ground you. Even when the day gets bothersome, as you remember your intention for love, gratitude, or anything else, it will bring you back to that feeling.
3. Look through the eyes of your higher self
This super simple hack requires nothing extra because you are already doing it. Your guides are with you every day. With an invitation, they can assist you even better.
By imagining that you are looking through the eyes of your higher self you will see the world differently. You might look at people with more compassion. You may see unfavorable situations with less irritation. You may even begin to see new opportunities that were not visible before.
As you gaze, affirm that you are looking through the eyes of the dream version of you. This will help you act and be as if. As you move through your day, with the eyes of your higher self guiding you, you will become that version of yourself.
4. Speak to your water
Did you know that you are mostly water? You probably do, but this is your reminder to be kind to your fellow water kin. Speaking positivity to your water is believed to have an effect. The inverse is also possible.
When you see, drink, or use water, say “Hello water!” This may sound silly, but it’s also fun. By speaking positive affirmations to your water, you are filling yourself back up with that energy. While you’re at it, why not do the same with the water for your plants?
The next sip of water or any liquid substance, say a prayer of affirmation to it.

5. Relaxing shower mediation
Most of us shower every day, so why not use this time for manifesting? The shower is where many of us get brilliant ideas and insights. This is because we are in a meditative state and our mind is free of clutter.
Instead of listening to music or a podcast during a shower, why not marinate in the silence the same way you marinate in the nearly boiling hot water? -*Not a judgment, I love my hot showers too!
An uplifting shower in the morning or night is one of the best feelings. Since we are already in a state of suggestibility, this is the perfect time to affirm or do something to remind your subconscious of your desired reality.
6. Infuse gratitude into your food
I know you’re quick to dig into your food. Especially, if you’re fast like me and cannot wait for that first juicy savory bite. However, what if we took a step back to thank our meal?
Many religions routinely pray over their meals for various reasons.
Even a non-religious person can do something similar. Giving thanks to our food, supplements, drinks, and anything we consume adds positive gratitude energy to our bodies.
Whether you eat plant-based or carnivore, you can also thank the being that gave its essence to nourish you.
7. Speak from the wish fulfilled
Similar to looking through the eyes of your higher self, speak from the voice of the person who has the wish fulfilled. This hack only requires an intention that with every work, sound, and vocal resonance from your mouth, you are doing so from the wish fulfilled.
This is a great way to act as if without needing to see any shift in your reality. By doing this, I believe it is shifting you into new timelines where the wish is fulfilled.
Additionally, if you think about the things you say before you speak, you’ll only say positive things.
8. Add in a 5-minute meditation
Think you don’t have time to meditate? If you are serious about manifestation, you’ll want to squeeze in at least five minutes a day to remind yourself of your dream life. Many of us have more time than we realize, the key is to replace something you are already doing with this new habit.
The great thing about it is that you may also be able to extend this time once you get into it. Mediation can be hard when you are not used to it, that’s why it’s great to start in a short burst. If you cannot stand another minute then give yourself permission to stop. On the other hand, if you feel good, keep going.
This 5-minute meditation is about building the muscle to focus on your desire. Once you can remain in the positive feeling of your desire for this length of time, you will find yourself returning to it more often.
9. End your night with an intention
Lastly, just as we begin the day, we will end it. Many people like to end their day with the intention of remembering their dreams. This is a great start if you would like to learn to interpret your dreams or receive messages from them.
A great intention for sleep is to wake up feeling refreshed and well-rested. You can also intend to sleep through the entire night if you are having sleep troubles. One of my favorite intentions for bedtime is to heal my body, mind, and spirit.
Going to sleep with intentionality is a great practice to have, even when you are not actively manifesting something specific.

Your manifesting routine does not have to be complicated. In fact, we are manifesting unconsciously every day. Implementing some of these daily habits will make this unconscious process more aligned with what you want.
The best thing about them is that they are not time-consuming. You can do them almost anytime and anywhere. Over time, they will compound and their effects will only become more pronounced.
